Consistency beats intensity. A formula you take every day for a year does more than a stronger one you abandon in March. That is why our sleep formula has 0.5mg of melatonin rather than 5mg — small enough to take nightly without a morning fog.
Nothing hidden. No proprietary blends, anywhere in the range. Every active is named on the product page, on the ingredients page, and printed on the label.
Supplements are the smaller half. Walking, cooking, regular meals and a decent night's sleep do the heavy lifting. Our formulas are designed to sit quietly alongside those, not to replace them.
